This release introduces a major leap forward in Change Management, auditability, and integration flexibility, further reinforcing Acsense’s mission to empower enterprises with resilient and controlled IAM operations.
🔁 Change Management Enhancements — Now Time-Aware
You can now push objects from any point in time using the Acsense Time Machine. This enables true version control across Okta environments — allowing you to promote changes not only from today but also from historical states.
Select a specific recovery date and time
Promote objects from that moment across environments (e.g., Dev → Test → Prod)
Aligns with compliance, rollback testing, and change traceability needs
🧩 New Object Promotion Modes: Create, Update, or Link
You now have full control over how objects are managed during promotion:
Create New – Add a new object in the target tenant
Link to Existing – Map to an existing object with no changes
Link and Update – Sync changes while maintaining identity
This brings endless flexibility to modern DevOps and IAM automation workflows across large-scale enterprise environments.
✅ Approval Flows with ITSM & Atlassian Integrations
Acsense Change Management now supports approvals via:
Native Acsense Approval
Jira (Atlassian) (new integration)
ServiceNow (new integration)
This allows every organization to embed Acsense into their existing approval and governance workflows, regardless of their ITSM stack.
