Okta and Microsoft Entra ID guarantee service uptime. They do not guarantee that you can recover your own tenant after a mass deletion, a bad configuration change, or ransomware. Closing that recoverability gap for cloud IAM is a specialized job, not a feature of a data-protection suite.
